Young player development
For young footballers and parents who want to understand a player’s strengths and identify specific priorities for further development.
An individual programme adapted to age, level and time in Spain. We agree the number of sessions and duration with the family before starting.
We get to know the player and their football experience, observing movement, ball skills and actions in game-based exercises.
We identify strengths and a small set of priorities, with tasks suited to the child’s age and current skills.
Individual work on ball control, passing, receiving, one-on-one play and decisions in game situations, according to the player’s needs.
We discuss observations with parents and explain what to work on next. The format of the final feedback is agreed at the start.
A clear picture of the player’s strengths, development priorities and recommendations for the next training stage. See a real example of a final report below.
Sessions, dates, location, services and price are agreed before the programme begins.
Tell us your child’s age, training experience, your goals and dates in Spain. We will discuss a programme suited to your family.
